This is site and the coming Federal suit[s] are about  Alabama Public Service Commission and Alabama Power policies, practices and customs, specifically, illlegal debt collection practices and Alabama Power’s demand for payment of oother dedts for before service qnd the refusal of service, based upon the unpaid debts of  someone else.

Alabama Power has rules, policies and practices of refusing service, to the new owners or tenants if there is an outstanding debt, outstanding balance, or unpaid bill, from the last owner or tenant. Alabama Power has rules, policies and practices of refusing service because of these unpaid debts, and demanding the new owner or tenant to pay the debts of the last owner or tenant before electrical service will be provided. Alabama Public Service Commission supports and approves of Alabama Power rules, policies and practices, to demand; to require, people seeking service pay the alleged debts of past tenants or owners before service is provided, and Alabama Power retaliation is in the denial of service if those seeking service refuse to pay the alleged debts of previous tenants or owners, and Alabama Power disclosure of customers alleged debts to other peoples.

It shall be unlawful for any person through a pattern of racketeering activity or through collection of an unlawful debt to acquire or maintain, directly or indirectly, any interest in or control of any enterprise which is engaged in, or the activities of which affect, interstate or foreign commerce.

Ten of thousands of people in Alabama Powers service area has been subjected to illegal debt collection practices, racketeering.  Millions maybe hundreds of millions of dollars have been extorted from people and businesses in Alabama as a result of this racketeering.
